This sign, found in many women's restrooms around BYU encourages mothers to breastfeed and encourages all students to be aware and mindful of them. Though breastfeeding is widely recommended, it is not always easy or accepted to breastfeed in public--BYU has created many quiet and convenient places for mothers to nurse on campus. All babies should receive the benefits of breast milk (optimum nutrition, immune function, etc.); nursing on campus is public health!
