seat covers = public health

Recently attending classes for the first time at the Salt Lake Center i noticed that they had seat cover dispensers in the bathroom! Awesome!! It is very annoying to me that BYU has hardly any of these babies on campus. Accordingto WebMD.com, there can be all sorts of interesting stuff on public bathroom seats such as, "streptococcus, staphylococcus, E. coli and shigella bacteria, hepatitis A virus, the common cold virus, and various sexually transmitted organisms."
