First of all, bathrooms provide a service to mothers everywhere when they provide a safe place for them to change their baby's diapers. Furthermore they usually have buckle straps and other safety devices for the kids. This sign says "Never Leave Child Unattended" not only in English but also in 5 other languages. It might seem like common sense not to leave a child unattended but Public Health always goes the extra mile to ensure the safety of everyone.
