Taking the stairs is such an easy way to stay active in a busy life. Even if we have a hard time finding time for formal exercise, we can do the little things, like taking the stairs, to keep us healthy.  Making simple choices like this can lead to a kind of heaven on earth that only a healthy lifestyle can provide.
