HAND SANITIZER = PUBLIC HEALTH
After we wash our hands we still are touching things in a bathroom: towel dispensers, door handles, backpacks left on the floor etc. Hand sanitizers by the doors in the bathrooms encourage us to kill the germs that cheap, weak soaps can't and also the bacteria that 'the bathroom environment' leave on our hands before we return to society.
