Natalie Whiting


Milk = Public Health

     Sometimes it is taken for granted that everyday we are able to eat food products without the constant worry that we could get sick from consuming them. Milk is a great example! The FDA sets requirements as to how milk is processed and the health standards that milk products have to meet. Without the regulation of milk and its processing, what is a very healthy and nutritious food item could cause us to get sick from diseases because it is unpasteurized.
