Public Health: It's Really that Easy



This is Public Health. 

What better way to demonstrate public health than by BRUSHING YOUR TEETH? Though it may not seem like a big deal...dental hygiene has been medically proven to reduce the risk of heart disease, and it can prevent infections that are linked to diabetes. The other (obvious) benefit to brushing your teeth is that is rids bad breath and creates whiter teeth, so you can feel confident smiling all day long! 

Also, don't forget that smiling boosts your mood and your immune system, relieves stress, releases natural pain-killers and Endorphins, and lifts your face so that you look younger longer...

So bottom line guys... BRUSH YOUR TEETH. It's one of the easiest ways to improve your health.
