Having fresh flowers in the home not only adds a touch of beauty, it also improves one's emotional health! According to some studies, having fresh flowers can decrease the detrimental effects of depression, can help you to be more confident in meeting and conversing with new people, can improve memory, boost energy and enthusiasm, especially in the work place, and create more feelings of compassion. Not many people dislike having the look and scent of fresh flowers, and that is why "THIS IS PUBLIC HEALTH."
