A combination of exercise and eating healthy (apple on treadmill) is what Public Health means to me. Living a healthy lifestyle and making time for yourself to keep healthy is very important. It's important to education and learn for yourself, as well as being an example and mentor to those around you to improve yours and others quality of life. Regular exercise and a proper diet leads to overall good health, longer life, more energy and greater happiness. Exercise and eat healthy!
