                                                              Vitamins = Public Health

What is public health? Let's face it, public health is eating healthy food so that you can do sweet physical activities like skiing! As a college student I have found that it is all too easy to eat simple, unhealthy things like pop-tarts, frozen pizza, frozen burritos, and restaurant food. Sometimes it is hard to get those vitamins in each and every day. Taking gummy vitamins enriches ones diet and helps them maintain their health even on a college budget. This prevents sickness and gives you the nutrients needed to shred the slopes on your skis!
