These flags are Public Health to me because they are used to prevent the hitting of pedestrians on a busy intersection near campus. Even though they are incredibly nerdy and I have never seen one person use these flags, look how happy I am because I am not going to get vehicular slaughtered! These demonstrate public health because they are there to prevent bad things from happening.
