I placed my public health sticker on the cage of a therapy pet who was allowed into a housing complex to help the inhabitant with their anxiety and depression. For me public health isn't just about maintaining the physical body but about people's mental well-being too. Public health is making sure people are not mentally ill as well as physically ill and this therapy rat is an example of that principle.
