Let's be real. No one actually takes the BYU Police seriously (especially with those shorts and bike helmets), but it is policies and regulations like these that I see as a huge part of public health. I'm sure at the surface none of us enjoy taxes, speed limits, housing regulations, etc but it is these sort of things that keep our communities safe and clean, and promote the overall health of the public that we enjoy. -Brett Shaw
