Food Preparation

Food items such as eggs and chicken need to be throughly cooked, and cleaned up afterwards.  Without using precautions when preparing these foods, food borne illness, like salmonella, can spread.  We can avoid this by not eating raw cookie dough, and other items that have raw eggs.  After cutting raw chicken, make sure you clean up.  Leave no trace of chicken before preparing another item of food.
