This is Public Health?

I chose to put my sticker on a McDonald's bag. It is sort of an ironic post. We are eating more and more fast food, large fries, large drinks that obesity rates are starting to sky rocket. So I put a question mark to say is this our future? Is this what America is going to settle for? I also removed the tomato and the lettuce because people are getting way to picky and starting to eat less and less fruits and vegetables.  Some states have obesity rate of about 27%, that is one forth of the population. We have the choice to change, until we just become a nation of fatties. So is this public health, is this our future, a broke fat America? Well is it?
