Exercise = Public Health



Since Public Health is partly about preventing personal or pandemic health disasters in the future, exercising is Public Health. Intramurals at BYU encourage us and our friends to exercise regularly and omit the excuse that we're too busy or too poor to go to the gym. Exercise can decreases the chances for Type 2 Diabetes, Heart disease, Hypertension, Stroke, and many more life threatening diseases.
