BYU Duck Pond = Public Health

If you live on the south side of school, you might pass the BYU Duck Pond every day like I do on my way to class. This serene little pond is a sensitive habitat that is guarded by a boardwalk in order to prevent damage to this environment that these ducks call home. Likewise, this pond represents the importance of environmental health and how we must take initiative in environmental stewardship so that we may protect ecosystems like these, not only for the health of the creatures and plants that live there, but for our own health as well.
