An Effective Garbage Removal System= Public Health

Next to a proper sewage system, one of the most effective ways of preventing the spread of disease in society is to have an effective garbage removal system. Without weekly trash pickup, people would have to burn or bury their waste near their homes. Trash could be consumed by animals, and diseases they contracted from it could easily spread to humans. Trash would also get into our rivers and stream and contaminate our drinking water. Garbage removal is public health.
